1. About Pixel Budget
Pixel Budget is a personal finance and budgeting application that helps users track expenses, manage budgets, and analyze financial activity.
Pixel Budget is operated by Jozsef Torsan, based in Hungary.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pixel Budget.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
To use Pixel Budget, you must create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and all activities that occur under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact support immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pixel Budget to violate any applicable laws, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service.
Pixel Budget is intended for personal financial management.
5. Beta Access and Subscriptions
Pixel Budget currently offers free beta access and may introduce paid subscriptions in the future.
After the beta period, the Service may offer yearly subscription plans, free trials, and paid plans with additional features.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
6. User Data and Ownership
You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into Pixel Budget.
Pixel Budget does not claim ownership of your personal financial information.
Users may export their data from the Service at any time using the available export features.
7. Data Security and Hosting
Pixel Budget uses industry-standard security practices designed to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
The Pixel Budget application and database are hosted on secure infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The servers are physically located in Amazon's data center in Virginia, United States.
While reasonable efforts are made to protect user data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
While we strive to keep Pixel Budget available and reliable, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
9. No Financial Advice
Pixel Budget provides tools for tracking and analyzing personal finances.
Pixel Budget does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for financial decisions made using the information provided by the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Budget and its operator shall not be liable for financial losses, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or service interruptions resulting from the use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
