Pixel Budget is operated from Hungary, but the application and database are hosted on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The servers are physically located in Amazon's data center in Virginia, United States.

As a result, your personal data may be transferred to and stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States.

Where required, Pixel Budget relies on appropriate safeguards and service provider commitments designed to protect personal data transferred internationally.

7. Data Retention

Pixel Budget retains your data for as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account, your personal data and financial data are permanently deleted from the active system.

Backup copies may remain for a limited time before they are automatically removed as part of normal backup retention practices.

8. Account Deletion and Data Export

You may delete your Pixel Budget account at any time.

When your account is deleted, the associated personal data and financial data are permanently removed from the active system, subject to limited backup retention.

Pixel Budget also allows users to export their data using the available export features, including CSV export.

Depending on your location and applicable law, including the GDPR, you may have the right to:

• access your personal data
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request deletion of your personal data
